The SSI DPV (Diver Propulsion Vehicle) Specialty teaches you how to safely explore the underwater world using underwater scooters and DPVs. In this course, you’ll learn how to plan and conduct DPV dives, maintain buddy contact, and control your equipment with ease. You’ll also cover special precautions for using DPVs, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience on every dive. Upon completion, you’ll earn your SSI DPV Diving Specialty certification, allowing you to dive with a scooter or DPV at depths of up to 30 meters.
