This course blends self-paced online study with hands-on open water training to prepare you for a variety of night and limited visibility scenarios. What does it mean Fit to Swim? 

I do not struggle to swim 200 meters without resting.

What does it mean Medical Fit?

If you answered YES* to questions 3, 5 or 10 above OR to any of the questions on page 2 you need written medical approval from your doctor to be able to join the activity. Take all three pages of the medical form (Participant Questionnaire and the Physician’s Evaluation Form) to your physician for a medical evaluation.
